Common questions

Do you work with companies outside Australia?

Yes. While we're based in Brisbane, we work with clients across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia. Most engagements can be delivered remotely with occasional on-site visits.

What size companies do you typically work with?

We've worked with teams as small as eight people and organizations with 800+ employees. Company size matters less than readiness to change and commitment to improvement.

How long does a typical engagement last?

Project-based work ranges from 2-8 weeks depending on scope. Retainer relationships are ongoing, typically with 6-month initial commitments.

Do you implement the changes or just recommend them?

We do both. Some clients want implementation support, others prefer to handle it internally with our guidance. We're flexible based on your needs and capabilities.

What industries do you specialize in?

We've worked across manufacturing, professional services, technology, healthcare, and government. Process principles are universal, though we adapt our approach to industry-specific contexts.

Can you help with software selection?

Yes. We're vendor-agnostic and can help you evaluate and select the right tools. We focus on solving the process problem first, then finding technology that fits.
